MEANING OF DRIPBL®
- Dream: Encouraging students to think big and creatively about the problems they want to solve or projects they want to work on.
- Research: Providing opportunities for students to conduct research to gather information and knowledge about the problem or project they are working on.
- Innovate: Encouraging students to think creatively and come up with new and innovative solutions to the problem they are working on.
- Problem/Project-Based Learning: Focusing on a specific problem or project as a context for learning and providing students with opportunities to engage in hands-on, experiential learning.
Overall, this approach to learning prioritize creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills, and Individuality which can be valuable for students in preparing them for future success.

About Our Founder & Leader: Rachna Nath
Rachna Nath is a TIME Magazine recognized STEM educator, innovator, and founder of the DRIPBL® (Dream Research Innovate Problem/Project Based Learning) method for creative thinking and problem solving issues for which she was recognized with a Presidential Award. With over 20 years of experience, she has helped students earn patents, launch startups, and win millions in scholarships through real-world problem-solving and innovation.
She is a National Geographic Content developer, Georgia Tech VIP Research Affiliate, a NASA Solar System Ambassador, and a mentor at MIT’s Lemelson-MIT program, where she guides students in scientific research and innovation. As the Co-Chair of the Educator Affinity Group for the United Nations Association (UNA-USA), she also champions sustainability and equity in education, offering internships and Observerships to high School students
Nath’s work has earned her recognition from TIME, AZBio, Authority Magazine, Turnitin, Governor of Arizona, Bioscience community and many other platforms, making her a powerful advocate for the next generation of changemakers.
